The Horizontal Property Constitution is the process that transforms a building into independent units (fractions), allowing each one to have autonomous ownership. It is an essential step for selling, leasing, registering or regularizing buildings with several apartments or commercial spaces.

Who can apply?

The owner of the building or its legal representative.

How to request?

Online through the portal or in person, submitting the property data, the description of the fractions and the required technical documentation.

What do you get?

A deed of constitution of horizontal property and the official registration of the autonomous fractions.
