Desanexação

A Detachment is the procedure that allows a part of an existing building to be detached, creating an autonomous parcel with its own identification and registration. It is used when you want to divide a piece of land, regularize boundaries or prepare the property for sale, exchange or other acts of registration.

Who can apply?

The owner of the building or someone legally qualified to represent it.

How to request?

The application is submitted online on the portal or in person, indicating the portion to be highlighted and attaching the necessary technical documentation.

What do you get?

The assignment of a new matrix article to the detached parcel and the official update of the land register, reflecting the separation between the properties.
