The purchase and sale of property can be done completely digitally, through the Gov.cv Portal or App :

1.  The seller provides the Building Identification Code (CIP).
2.  The buyer fills in and registers the necessary data.
3.  The seller confirms the information.
4.  The Single Collection Document (DUC) will be generated.
5.  The buyer makes the payment of the DUC.
6.  If there is a mortgage, the data is entered.
7.  The bank confirms the mortgage information.
8.  The deed is validated and digitally signed.
9.  The final record is confirmed by the registrar.
